InForm Cricket Terms & Conditions
Bookings
InForm Cricket offers an online booking service. Once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by InForm Cricket you will be sent confirmation via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to the terms & conditions below.
An email acknowledgement of booking & payment is confirmation of your place at any InForm Cricket activity.
We can only guarantee a place on any camp or course to those booking and paying online. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.
Before booking please ensure that you or your child is able to attend the activity and meets the conditions (e.g. age and playing level) for such event as listed on our website.
All bookings once made and confirmed by us are subject to the below cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Transfers
Cancellations and transfers made more than 24 hours in advance of the start of a given event can be made free of charge through our online booking system. Please check your confirmation email for details, or contact us via email. Full refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation where appropriate.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of a given event please contact us via email on hello@project1-96z5qt9t9a.live-website.com. We will do our best to fulfill your requirements and re-book the specific time and event.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of a given event will be subject to a fee, which will be automatically deducted from any refund available:
(1) £10 administrative fee for any masterclass or large group coaching sessions
(2) £10 administrative fee for a private coaching session that we manage to re-book through our contact lists
(3) Private coaching sessions cancelled within 24 hours that we cannot re-book will be non-refundable
Promotions
InForm Cricket from time to time offers promotions. In the event that you have been issued with a promotional code, this must be redeemed and used in accordance with the terms and conditions of that promotion and these terms and conditions.
Payment
InForm cricket accepts all major credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Online payments may be subject to a £1.50 charge which will be added to your booking.
Child Protection
All InForm Cricket staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with the venue child protection policy which is available on request.
Video/Photography
InForm Cricket may from time to time take photographs/video of our events. The use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising InForm Cricket events through InForm Cricket literature, website, press and TV.
Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to appear in photographs or video must make InForm Cricket aware of this in writing before the activity starts (where possible InForm Cricket will inform parents/guardians at the start of an event).
InForm Cricket will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Personal Property
InForm Cricket cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings whilst attending an event. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children.
Health & Safety
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. InForm Cricket coaches hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
InForm Cricket reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing appropriate protective equipment in hardball activities.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity provided and weather conditions.
Medical Information
Please disclose any medical conditions that a participant may have
(1) at the time of booking in writing to InForm Cricket at registration
(2) to the lead coach on the camp or at the venue
Liability
InForm Cricket only accepts liability for personal injury of any participant attending an InForm Cricket activity directly caused by its negligence or negligence of its staff.
Programme Changes
In the event that InForm Cricket has to cancel an event for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the person who booked, no written request is required.
In the event of inclement weather during an event, suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and participate in various indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of our staff.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the a senior coach at the event. He/she will deal will the problem as appropriate in accordance with our policies and procedures.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

TRANSACTIONS CONCLUDED THROUGH OUR SITE
Contracts for the supply of Courses formed through our sites or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our booking terms and conditions

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any of our sites, the server on which our sites are stored or any server, computer or database connected to our sites. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
